The important daoCAT changes members need to know, with the newest update first. Confidential member governance information is never included here.

39 UPDATES
39

Verified event attendance XP activated

Verified attendance now awards 5 XP for weekly voice chats, Telegram community events, and livestreams; 7 XP for community reviews; 8 XP for governance discussions and project planning; and 10 XP for major launches, reveals, and Community Day. A verified host, moderator, or organizer role adds 5 XP. Ordinary event XP is capped at 20 per Eastern week, duplicate awards are blocked, and RSVP status alone never earns XP.

38

POLL-005 participation standard implemented

The Hub now calculates participation from completed official polls only, counts Abstain as participation, and applies the certified below-25% standard using exact ballot fractions. A private daoCAT verification case is created before any membership change; exactly 25% remains compliant, open polls cannot lower a Legend’s record, and permanent IDs, ballots, XP, achievements, and governance history remain protected through reapplication.

37

POLL-004 quorum standard implemented

Official polls now require ballots from at least 50% of the eligible Active Legends snapshotted at publication, rounded up to the next whole Legend when necessary. Abstentions count toward quorum but not toward determining the winning substantive option. The standard is enforced in poll publication, live turnout, certification, permanent records, and the Rules Registry.

36

Rules registry reconciled to certified voting law

The Rules Registry now records the POLL-003 standard voting duration of 48 Hours and defines quorum, deciding votes, abstentions, changeable ballots, majority, runoffs, and true ties in one consistent source. Certified decisions remain community records and do not automatically execute token, contract, treasury, wallet, or financial actions.

35

Legend engagement and recognition system expanded

The Member Room introduced weekly exploration missions, private Legend Passports, permanent achievements, a focused Today dashboard, and mobile reading refinements. Mission XP amounts were later removed from the approved schedule pending separate governance certification. XP remains recognition-only and never changes voting power or membership authority.

34

Five-day Legend login streak introduced

A verified daily Member Room return advances a five-day streak using Eastern Time. Completing Day 5 awards 5 recognition XP, and repeat visits on the same day cannot add progress. XP never affects voting power.

33

Performance, release safety, and governance operations upgraded

The Hub now measures real mobile and desktop loading, keeps the Member Room frame persistent during navigation, retains previously loaded release assets, moves governance maintenance outside ordinary page loading, publishes one live Rules Registry, and clears administrative actions from verified record conditions.

32

Runoff linkage and reapplication safeguards strengthened

Existing top-two runoff polls are now linked back to their original decision automatically so completed setup does not remain in the administrative action queue. When a restriction expires, the Legend moves to Inactive — Reapplication Required instead of regaining access; approval of a new application restores the original permanent ID and governance history.

31

Member Governance Room divided into focused pages

The private room now separates Overview, Vote & Propose, Community, and Governance Records to reduce mobile scrolling. Its fixed mobile navigation follows Legends throughout every page, priority actions rise dynamically beneath the welcome, and ballots, briefs, ideas, events, projects, decisions, follow-through, and membership records now appear in their intended action-first order.

30

Personalized HATS n’ daCATs member welcome added

The public Active Legends roster keeps its compact directory layout with sharper profile portraits. After sign-in, each linked Legend now sees their official framed NFT beside the private Member Governance Room welcome; administrative upload, replacement, removal, and certification controls remain available.

29

Governance Hub Version 1.0 released

The Version 1 release completes a three-perspective readiness sweep for public visitors, Active Legends, and governance administration. It adds a clear public governance path, transparent membership eligibility, corrected section sequencing, exact member action counts, stricter certified-record filtering, and clearer administrative audit controls.

28

Governance journey and protected archive redesigned

The public hub, Member Governance Room, and Control Center now follow one clearer governance journey. Certified poll evidence, correction notices, certificates, and follow-through are consolidated into Governance Records, while ballot-bearing records are visibly protected from deletion.

27

My Actions and visible idea lifecycle added

Legends now see votes, RSVPs, accepted events, pending submissions, and security actions in one checklist. Ideas visibly progress from submission and review through polling, certification, follow-through, and verification.

26

Control Center, backups, and onboarding improved

The Control Center now has one navigation system, compact mobile section selection, expanded protected-record search, clearer return controls, live health refresh, latest-backup verification, and direct access to failed Governance Bot deliveries.

25

Private Community Agenda launched

Legends can now review important governance dates, launches, deadlines, meetings, milestones, and recurring community dates in a mobile-first agenda built around what is next.

24

Community Projects launched

Legends can now submit what they are building for daoCAT review, publish progress without requiring a release date, request collaboration, and follow featured community work from the private member room.

23

Approved leave separated from restrictions

The private membership record now places Legends on Leave beside Restricted Legends in two clearly separate panels. Approved leave is identified as a non-disciplinary pause and remains outside active-roster participation while in effect.

22

Majority + Runoff rule enforced

Official polls now distinguish a majority winner, a required top-two runoff, and a tie that requires a new vote. Required runoffs are prepared through the private Control Center and remain permanently linked to the original decision record.

21

Mobile navigation and member recovery improved

Phone visitors can now open every major Governance Hub destination from a compact menu, while the member sign-in screen links directly to first-time setup, permanent ID reminders, and PIN-reset support.

20

Member events and attendance launched

Legends can now review private daoCAT events, RSVP as Attending, Maybe, or Unable to attend, and see their confirmed attendance history. Event attendance remains separate from governance poll participation.

19

Live member-session visibility added

The private Control Center can now monitor online, recently active, idle, and signed-out Legend sessions for security and member support. Presence records never expose pages viewed, form contents, or ballot choices.

18

Safer poll drafting and publication review

Polls can now be saved privately as drafts, reopened for editing, previewed as a Legend ballot, and checked for eligibility, quorum, choices, and timing before final publication.

17

Governance purpose and boundaries clarified

Sitewide language now defines daoCAT as a community governance system for the daCAT ecosystem and clearly states that the Hub does not control the token contract, move funds, or automatically execute token or financial actions.

16

The daoCAT visual identity arrived

The Governance Hub now carries the official daoCAT character and yellow-eye mark across navigation, live status, voting windows, decision certificates, and quieter empty states, with restrained motion that respects reduced-motion settings.

15

Membership status records moved into the member governance room

Restriction details are no longer displayed publicly. Verified Legends can review official membership status, reason, duration, roster eligibility, and access limitations inside the gated member area.

14

Member-controlled PIN security introduced

Temporary setup PINs must now be replaced with a private 4–8 digit PIN chosen by each Legend. Weak PINs are blocked, existing accounts are prompted to upgrade, and personal PINs are never displayed in the Control Center.

13

Official Legend participation tracking activated

Access-ready Active Legends are now included in permanent poll eligibility snapshots. Legends awaiting first-time access begin tracking with the first poll launched after their access is activated and are not penalized for earlier polls.

12

Membership and access request portals launched

Prospective Legends can now submit private membership applications, while active Legends can join an oldest-first support queue for first-time login setup, permanent ID reminders, and PIN resets.

11

Governance integrity safeguards strengthened

Participation rankings now follow each poll’s permanent eligibility snapshot, decision certification requires a verified permanent record, and ended restrictions remain pending until a documented daoCAT reinstatement review.

10

Restricted-member safeguards introduced

Temporary restrictions stay outside the Active Legend count and disable member access and voting while in effect. Official status details are maintained in the gated membership record.

09

Participation-ranked Legend roster

The active-Legend directory now shows poll participation directly on each roster card and ranks Legends from the highest participation percentage to the lowest.

08

Telegram-first mobile experience refined

The public roster, member voting and proposal forms, private announcements, decision certificates, and Control Center now use dedicated phone layouts with larger touch controls, clearer stacking, and improved long-name handling.

07

Private announcements and community governance records

Members can now see poll alerts, deadlines, Telegram meetings, security notices, and implementation updates at the top of the private room. Closed official polls now produce permanent daoCAT community governance records with the full result, quorum, voting window, certification, and implementation status.

06

Certified governance and stronger account security

Official polls now require 50% quorum and majority approval, support abstentions, and create permanent decision certificates. Member accounts now have inactivity limits, PIN-change controls, and protection against repeated failed sign-in attempts.

05

Proposal, participation, and follow-through records added

Members can submit ideas to daoCAT for review, follow participation without exposing individual ballot choices, and track documented human-led follow-through after a community vote.

04

Secure member polling launched

The private member room gained one-member-one-ballot polls, scheduled voting windows, sealed or live results, vote updates before closing, and a permanent archive of completed polls.

03

Permanent member access launched

Every member received a permanent letter-and-number ID and a private temporary setup PIN. Members replace it with a personal PIN before using protected governance features.

02

Membership standards and member guide published

The site now explains daoCAT membership eligibility, protects existing grandfathered members, and gives members a private guide to the governance process.

01

daoCAT Governance Hub launched

The daoCAT Governance Hub launched with the active-member directory, community standards, official links, and a permanent home for approved community governance records.
